All the detached houses are designed according to the concept of universal design, design for all \u2013 accessibility for all. This involves creating good solutions with the equality and well-being of all people as a priority, and the contractor will deliver a fully-finished property, inside and out. The Arnarhvoll proposal is based on a collaboration with architect Svava J\u00f3nsd\u00f3ttir and involves six fully accessible detached houses for people with disabilities, and one detached house for the home's staff.
