Amendment to the general and detailed plans for the areas."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Amendment to the Master Plan of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013-2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council, at its meeting on 19 September 2018, resolved to re-advertise the submitted proposal, dated 8 August 2018\/amended 13 September 2018, for an amendment to the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013-2025 Master Plan, concerning the relocation of a high-voltage line at Hamranes and that the procedure shall be in accordance with Section 31 of the Planning Act no. 123\/2010.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/flensborgarhofn\/ASK_2013_2025_Haspennulina_faersla_16102018.pdf\/\">Amendment to the Master Plan. Area: Hamranes<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>Amendment to the Master Plan of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013-2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>The Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council approved the proposed plan, dated 08.08.2018\/amended 14.9.2018, to amend the Master Plan of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013-2025 and for the matter to be processed in accordance with Article 31 of the Planning Act 123\/2010. The amendment consists of making the provisions for the South Harbour, a harbour area (land use category H), more detailed.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/flensborgarhofn\/ASK_2013_2025_Sudurhofn_23102018.pdf\/\">Amendment to the General Plan. Area: South Harbour<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>Change to the detailed plan for Su\u00f0urh\u00f6fn, Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur \u2013 Fornub\u00fa\u00f0ir 5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At its meeting on 19 September 2018, the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council approved the submitted proposal, dated 10 August 2018\/revised. 13.09.2018, to an amendment to the detailed plan for Su\u00f0urh\u00f6fn in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, concerning the plot at Fornub\u00fa\u00f0ir 5. It was also agreed that the procedure shall be in accordance with Section 41 of the Planning Act 123\/2010. The amendment to the detailed plan consists of a change in wording in the explanatory statement to align with an amendment to the explanatory statement of the Master Plan for Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2013-2025, and the amendments to both the Master Plan and the detailed plan are being advertised concurrently, see 2. paragraph 2 of Article 41 of the Planning Act 123\/2010.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/media\/flensborgarhofn\/Fornubudir-5-Uppdrattur-deiliskip.-a-netid.pdf\/\">Change to the detailed plan for Su\u00f0urh\u00f6fn \u2013 Fornub\u00fa\u00f0ir 5<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Customer Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 23 October to 4 December 2018.
