{"id":13675,"date":"2018-11-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-11-26T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/skardshlid-2-afangi-endurtekin\/"},"modified":"2022-10-25T09:01:11","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T09:01:11","slug":"skardshlid-2-phase-repeated","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/skardshlid-2-afangi-endurtekin\/","title":{"rendered":"Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0 Phase 2 \u2013 repeated"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The notice regarding the amendment of the planning conditions for Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0ar 2nd Phase is being reissued.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, at its meeting on 26 June 2018, approved amendments, in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010, to the conditions of the detailed plan for Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0ar 2nd Phase.<\/p>\n<p>The changes to the conditions relate to the floor level of the detached house at H\u00e1degisskar\u00f0 11 and the semi-detached houses at H\u00e1degisskar\u00f0 no. 3-5, 7-9 and 13-15. Tolerances from the specified elevation are specified in section 4.2. A change is made to the table in the section<\/p>\n<p>4.3, a provision to utilise the difference in land levels is added in section 4.9 and a provision concerning gutters is added in section 5.1. Altered alignment of the footpath at H\u00e1degisskar\u00f0.\u00a0 Otherwise, the conditions remain unchanged.
