The proposal was advertised in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 41 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>Comments were received and a response from the local council has been sent to those who made them. The detailed plan has been approved with the amendment that the new plot at 46 Su\u00f0urgata is removed. In its place, a car park and a green area will be provided on the plot. The plan provides for up to 15 dwellings at 44 Su\u00f0urgata. The amendment was published in the B-series of the Government Gazette on 18 December 2018. The decision of the municipal council can be appealed to the appeals board.<br \/>environmental and resource matters.
