Consideration is given to the feasibility of the projects, the cost estimate, as well as the timescale and work plan. For<br \/>\nexample as a resident, placing the event in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur or promoting cultural<br \/>\nactivities in the town. <\/p>\n<p>Co-operation agreements and<br \/>\nevents can last up to three years.
