A protective fence up to 2.1m in height will be permitted at the goods reception area, outside the building envelope. A new vehicular access will be provided to the site from Hraunhella.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 15 February to 29 March 2019.
