Furthermore, the proposal will be presented to neighbouring landowners. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The alteration consists of a new building plot behind the existing house and permission to erect a one-storey extension with a loft. The total permitted building area on the plot shall be 160 m\u00b2. In all other respects, the existing conditions shall apply.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 15 February to 29 March 2019.
