Cultural
\nand the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Tourism Committee has now completed the first allocation of cultural grants
\nof 2019. 22 projects receive a grant this time; individuals,
\nCultural groups and organisations, all of which have the common characteristic of being connected to Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur.
\nThe grants of the Culture and Tourism Committee of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur are awarded twice a year.
\ntwice a year to parties and projects that are likely to further enrich and deepen
\nrather the town's cultural life. The formal presentation of the grants will take place on 24 April.
\nnext, as soon as the selection of the 2019 Town Artist of the Year is announced.<\/p>\n

Allocation
\nThe City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur grant is based on an assessment of applications. Cultural events,
\nArtists, charities or organisations applying for a grant must be connected to
\nin Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur in some way. Here, for example, permanent residence is considered to mean that
\nan event\/project takes place in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur and\/or that the project involves
\npromotion of the cultural activities of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur. The total amount of grants in this
\nThe allocation is kr.- 6,080,000. A total of kr 11,000,000 will be allocated in the form of
\ncultural grant in 2019.<\/p>\n

To
\nThis time, the Culture and Tourism Committee proposes that measures be taken.
\nThree-year partnership agreements with two parties will be laid.
