Work<br \/>\nthe project has been underway for some time and its targeted implementation began just over a year ago. The outcome is based on a great deal of<br \/>\nanalytical work, nutritional calculations, collaboration and consultation with relevant parties, along with<br \/>\nFeedback from students and staff. The Nutrition Charter has now been formally launched.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The standardised menus for Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur's nurseries are based on<br \/>\nthe menus of Sk\u00f3lar ehf., which has for years developed its menus and taken, among other things,.<br \/>\nbased on very precise nutritional calculations. The company Sk\u00f3lar ehf. currently operates<br \/>\nfive health-promoting preschools in Iceland and has taken an active part in the development of the project<br \/>\nA health-promoting nursery in collaboration with the Office of the Chief Medical Officer.\u00a0 \u00d3l\u00f6f Krist\u00edn S\u00edvertsen has worked as the project manager for the nutrition charter, working on its implementation and the standardisation of menus with nursery managers and cooks. The City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur regards this as one of its roles<em>&nbsp;<\/em>to ensure a healthy<br \/>\nnutrition in their schools.
