{"id":13825,"date":"2019-05-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-05-09T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/kapelluhraun-2-afangi\/"},"modified":"2022-10-25T09:01:38","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T09:01:38","slug":"kapelluhraun-phase-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/kapelluhraun-2-afangi\/","title":{"rendered":"Kapelluhraun, Phase 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Kapelluhraun Phase 2, amendment to the local plan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council approved at its meeting on 2 May. to advertise the proposal for an amended detailed plan for Kapelluhraun Phase 2, and for the amendment to be advertised in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>The change consists of the following: plots \u00c1lhella 2 and 3 are combined into a single plot, \u00c1lhella 3.<\/p>\n<p>The combined size of the plots before the change is 17,367 m\u00b2, which will become 18,275 m\u00b2 after the change. Upon the merger of the plots, a road will be moved to \u00c1lhellu 1 and will then run between \u00c1lhellu 3 and 4.<\/p>\n<p>The utilisation ratio for the following plots increases: at \u00c1lhellu 3 and 4, and from 11 to 17 it will be 0.5 instead of 0.4. For Steel Plate 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18, the NHR will be 0.5 instead of 0.35.<\/p>\n<p>The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Customer Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2, from 9 May to 20 June 2019.
