The proposal for the aforementioned project and the report on its environmental impact assessment are available for public consultation from 5 June 2019 to 18 July 2019 at <strong><em>Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Library<\/em><\/strong>, the office of the Municipality of Vogar, at the National Library and at the Planning Authority.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a title=\"The preliminary assessment report is available here.
