Consideration is given to the feasibility of the projects, the cost estimate, as well as the timescale and work plan. For example, as a resident, by holding the event in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur or by promoting cultural activities in the town.<\/p>\n<p>Co-operation agreements and events can last up to three years. Artists, organisations, institutions and cultural events must be connected in some way to the city of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur.
