The Environmental and Planning Service is authorised, following prior warning, e.g. by means of a sticker with a warning message, to remove and impound vehicles that contravene paragraphs 1\u20135 of the Municipal Police Ordinance, vehicles left without number plates on land adjacent to public thoroughfares, streets and public car parks, and vehicles left abandoned in open areas.
