{"id":13886,"date":"2019-07-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-07-16T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/oldutun-4\/"},"modified":"2022-10-25T09:01:51","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T09:01:51","slug":"oldutun-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/oldutun-4\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00d6ldut\u00fan 4"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council, on behalf of the Town Assembly, approved at its meeting on 4 July. to advertise a proposal for a revised detailed plan for the plot at \u00d6ldut\u00fan 4 in accordance with section 1 of article 43 of the Planning Act no. 123\/2010 and to simultaneously give local notice of the proposal pursuant to 2nd paragraph of Article 44 of Planning Act No. 123\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal involves increasing the building envelope of the garage from 35 m2 to 45.2 m2 and its height<br \/>increased from 3.2 m to 3.5 m.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The changes are advertised and subject to local consultation from 16.07. \u2013<br \/>27.08.2019. The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Nor\u00f0urhellu 2.
