The eligibility criteria are that applicants must be resident in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, be at least 18 years of age, and have a permanent disability assessment.<\/p>\n<p>Local authorities are permitted to provide a grant towards tuition fees that are not paid under the provisions of other legislation.
