Eymundur has many years' experience of<br \/>\nmanagement of IT projects, including for Kaupthing, \u00cdslandsbanki, \u00d6ssur and now<br \/>\nMost recently at Advania, where he was the Chief Technology Officer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/eb.jpg\" alt=\"Eggplant\" class=\"left lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 200px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 200\/150;\"><\/p>\n<p>In their work at Advania<br \/>\nEymundur was, among other things, the person responsible and the contact for the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, and is familiar with it.<br \/>\nthe council's working environment well. Eymundur has a BA degree in psychology from<br \/>\nUniversity of Iceland, Systems Engineering from the University of Reykjavik and an MSc in Finance<br \/>\ncompanies from the same school. <\/p>\n<p>A total of 38 applications for the post of department manager were received. Eymundur<br \/>\nhas already started working for the council.
