The area is south of \u00c1svallabraut, Velli 6 and Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0. The area is approximately 25 hectares in size and will be accessed from \u00c1svallabraut. Groups are invited to apply; architects in collaboration with designers and builders, community organisations, interest groups and others who may be interested in participating in the ongoing development of this area. The development work concerns plots 1-4. The applicant (company\/design team) must, in their application, provide a detailed account of their ability to prepare a detailed plan, design the buildings and construct them. It must submit detailed information on the qualifications and experience of the company\/organisation and its staff, as well as information on its financial standing. Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur reserves the full right to assess whether an applicant meets the eligibility requirements based on the information provided with the application. All information will be treated in confidence. Applicants will be invited to a presentation on the project.
