Hafnarborg has previously been involved in the project, for example by participating in the annual cultural and health walks in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, alongside Heilsub\u00e6rinn and other cultural institutions in the town.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"center lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/heilsueflandihafnarborg.jpg\" alt=\"Health-promoting harbour city\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 620px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 620\/380;\"><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Mental refreshment and social connections are good for your health.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Museums are places where visitors have the space to relax and enjoy culture and art, practise being in the present moment, and stimulate their senses. Museums are also places to strengthen social connections through shared experiences, conversation and collaboration. For years, Hafnarborg has been organising cultural events that have become firmly established in the town's life, such as the ever-popular lunchtime concerts.
