Anna B\u00e1ra is a key figure in the city's services, and few have a better insight into the service provided to its residents and visitors. She gives us an insight into her daily tasks, how the city's services have evolved over the past 15 years, and shares amusing anecdotes about interactions with residents. Anna B\u00e1ra lives in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur but grew up in Keflav\u00edk and tells us about her upbringing there, her hobbies and her family.
