Great interest in blocks of flats in
\nHamranes<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Municipality of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur recently invited interested developers for plots in the first
\nHamranes Phase, a 25-hectare area south of \u00c1svallabraut, Field 6 and
\nSkar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0 in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur. A total of 12 applications were received for the four plots that were
\nare on offer and therefore it is likely that there will be high demand for plots on this new development.
\narea when plots in the next phases of development will be advertised for sale
\nApplication. Applicants request 1-3 plots in their applications.<\/em><\/p>\n

Planning work on Hamranes, a new area in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur
\nunder residential housing, has got underway. Development in the Hamraness area will be divided into
\nthree phases and comprise a total of around 540 flats. It has been decided to allocate
\nfour of the eleven plots in the first phase of the area's development to the developer (plots 1-4 in the picture), thereby creating a foundation for diverse and new ideas for forms of habitation,
\nstructure and nature. Four plots in the first phase will, as previously stated,
\nallocated to developers. Three plots, which are intended as conventional
\nPlots for blocks of flats are in the process of being zoned, and they are intended to accommodate at least.
\n170 flats (plots 10 and 11). The three plots remaining in the first phase are intended for the housing association.
\nBjargi, where planning work has also begun (plots 7, 8 and 9). There it is planned
\nfor the development of 150 flats. In an area designated for developers, a total of
\nPlot for 217 apartments, the built-up area will be 27,088 square metres on a total land area of 14,741 m\u00b2. <\/p>\n

\nbecause demand has been high for plots for blocks of flats in
\nHafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur. The Hamranes district will lie alongside the Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0ar district and together
\nThese two neighbourhoods will form a beautiful, sustainable suburb that is so nice to have.
\nThe hinterland of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur in the back garden. The sale of plots in Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0 has gone quite
\nand the neighbourhood has started to take shape. The first residents moved into the neighbourhood this summer,
\nThe operation of the nursery and primary school in Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0 is now in full swing and the development of
