It is now about a month since the residents of the old S\u00f3lvang moved.<br \/>\nhave moved to the new one and it seems they are enjoying their new home, as the facilities and services are exemplary and the view is beautiful. S\u00f3lt\u00fan Elderly Care Services Ltd. manages the operations that take place in the building today. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>60 residents now call the new S\u00f3lvang home.<\/li>\n<li>14 day care places for the elderly are on the 1st floor.<br \/>\nheight of the old S\u00f3lvang <\/li>\n<li>12 day places for people with dementia will open at<br \/>\nin the coming months on the first floor of the old S\u00f3lvang <\/li>\n<li>38 waiting rooms are now on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the old S\u00f3lvang.<\/li>\n<li>In the future, 33 new nursing homes will be built.<br \/>\nBrought to light at the old S\u00f3lvangur<\/li>\n<li>Physiotherapy is now on the ground floor of the new S\u00f3lvang.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>The lowest floor in the old<br \/>\nSolvangi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On the ground floor of the old S\u00f3lvangur, there are still 14 day care places.<br \/>\nfor the elderly and plans are underway to open 12 day care places for people with dementia<br \/>\nin the coming months. The Municipality of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur received an operating licence for these 12 new<br \/>\nday-care places on the same day that a new nursing home was opened this summer. Then it was not<br \/>\nfor where the nursing facilities would be housed, but a decision has been made to change<br \/>\nand to add a first floor to the old S\u00f3lvang for these specialised spaces. The Alzheimer's Association<br \/>\nhave been the professional backer for the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur in the branding of its services and in the process<br \/>\nall and include, among other things, ideas for more flexible services and broader<br \/>\nopening hours than has been the case. In Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, a specialised day care has been run<br \/>\nfor people with dementia since 2006 in Drafnarh\u00fas, and there are 22<br \/>\nindividuals today in specialised services and training. Specialised day care places<br \/>\nThe total number of dementia places in the borough will be 34 after the service on the ground floor<br \/>\nThe old S\u00f3lvang has started operating. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Other floors in the old<br \/>\nSolvangi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the future, there are plans to renovate the old<br \/>\nSolvang so that 33 nursing rooms can be created in addition to the 60 existing rooms.<br \/>\nin the new S\u00f3lvang which are already fully occupied.
