Satisfaction with services for families with children, nursery services and services
\nThe rate among disabled people has not been higher since measurements began. Other factors reach
\nalso the highest value.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur rises in
\nall categories year on year in the annual Gallup service survey, including significantly in 12 of
\n13 items. Satisfaction with services for disabled people and for families with children and with
\nNursery school service increases most between measurements and has not been recorded higher since
\nat the start of measurements.<\/em><\/p>\n

Assessment of the municipality and change from the last measurement<\/sup><\/strong><\/p>\n

9 out of 10 are happy with Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur as their town.<\/strong><\/p>\n

91% residents are happy with Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur as a place to live.,
\n86% are satisfied with the sports facilities in the municipality and 78% are
\nsatisfied with the service of the municipality's nursery. Are all these factors covered?
\nthe average of the 20 municipalities measured. Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur is in third place.
\nwhen asked about satisfaction with how the local council handles cultural affairs and in the fourth
\nsatisfaction when asked about satisfaction with the municipality as a place to live. In
\nIn comparison with other municipalities as a whole, Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur is above average.
\nin five out of thirteen episodes, on a par with other episodes and never below average. High jumpers
\nThe service surveys this year are on services for disabled people, nursery services and
\nServices for families with children in the municipality. These policy areas all increase
\naround 0.4 points between measurements and have not been recorded higher since measurements began. Others
\nfactors such as environmental quality, primary school services, cultural affairs and waste collection
\nare now on a par with the highest values on record. Continued opportunities for improvement
\nare encountered, and not least in the field of planning.<\/p>\n

Average municipality compared with all municipalities<\/sup><\/strong><\/p>\n

The results of the Gallup service survey give a certain idea of
\nresidents' satisfaction and a more positive attitude with
\nthe municipality's pre-defined service components. Great emphasis has been
\nlaid on the implementation and execution of projects and measures in all policy areas
\nsemesters which appear to be, along with other contributing factors, directly resulting in
\nmeasurements. Both among those who use the service and those who assess satisfaction
\nfrom feeling and talk. <\/p>\n

About the service survey
\nGallup<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gallup conducts an annual service survey among twenty
\nthe largest municipalities of the country, but data collection took place on 26 November 2019
\n\u2013 8 January 2020. A stratified random sample of 10,845 individuals,
\nAged 18 and over, from a Gallup opinion panel and the national register. In Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, 454 responded.
\nindividuals in the survey, but data collection continued until a certain number of responses
\nwas achieved in each municipality. The results were published at a meeting.
