We encourage all workplaces, residents and friends of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur to take part. Let's create a fun and health-promoting atmosphere together in February!<\/p>\n<p>The Lifelapse is a health and motivational project of the Sports and<br \/>\nThe Olympic Federation of Iceland, which appeals to all the nation's people. Its aim is to<br \/>\nencourage the nation to follow the advice of the Chief Medical Officer on<br \/>\nmovement, whether in leisure time, at work, at school or when choosing a mode of transport. In<br \/>\nThe recommendations state that children and adolescents should be physically active for at least 60 minutes a day.<br \/>\nminutes daily and adults should engage in moderate-intensity physical activity for at least<br \/>\n30 minutes daily.<\/p>\n<p>The human life is incredible<br \/>\na fun and good platform for those who want to start being active or<br \/>\nalready exercise regularly and want to log their activity systematically, to have an overview<br \/>\nand set goals. But in addition to encouraging daily exercise, it creates<br \/>\nThe project creates a fun atmosphere in workplaces and schools that compete against each other.<br \/>\nbetween and indoors. The main aim is to get as many people as possible to move as<br \/>\nusually during the competition. Adults a minimum of 30 minutes a day and<br \/>\nChildren and teenagers a minimum of 60 minutes a day. <\/p>\n<p><strong>The Lifeshlupi\u00f0 is divided into four competition categories:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Workplace competition from 5 February \u2013 25 February, for 16-year-olds and<br \/>\n     older (three weeks)<\/li>\n<li>secondary school competition from 5 February \u2013 18 February, for 16-year-olds and<br \/>\n     older (two weeks)<\/li>\n<li>Primary school competition from 5 February \u2013 18 February, for 15-year-olds and<br \/>\n     younger (two weeks)<\/li>\n<li>an individual competition where everyone can<br \/>\n     Log their exercise all year round<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Like<br \/>\nEveryone in the country is always encouraged to take part in the Lifshlaupi\u00f0 and create<br \/>\na fun atmosphere and boost the team spirit in the workplace\/at school.
