{"id":14154,"date":"2020-02-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-02-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/hellnahraun-3-afangi\/"},"modified":"2022-11-15T13:52:13","modified_gmt":"2022-11-15T13:52:13","slug":"hellnahraun-phase-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/en\/hellnahraun-3-afangi\/","title":{"rendered":"Hellnahraun Phase 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Review of the detailed plan for Hellnahraun Phase 3 in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Borgahella, Dofrahella, B\u00fa\u00f0ahella, Straumhella 1-8<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On 8 January 2020, the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Town Council approved the publication of a proposal for an amended detailed plan for Phase 3 of Hellnahraun, in accordance with Article 43, paragraph 1 of the Planning Act No. 123\/2010. This concerns the eastern part of the area, i.e. the part of the detailed plan that includes all plots at Borgahella, Dofrahella and B\u00fa\u00f0ahella, along with the plots at Straumhella 1\u20138. According to the 2013\u20132025 Master Plan for Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, the area falls under land-use category AT3, industrial area.<\/p>\n<p>The amendment to the detailed plan involves increasing the number of plots in the area by 8, expanding building plots, permitting the amalgamation of plots, and allowing the construction of structures up to 12 m high. The plot ratio will remain unchanged.\u00a0 The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre, 6 Strandgata, and at the Environmental and Planning Department, 2 Nor\u00f0urhellu, from 12 February to 25 March 2020.
