The plot permits the construction of three two-storey residential houses: two semi-detached houses and one detached house, comprising a total of five flats. Two houses currently stand on the plot and are to be removed; the successful bidder shall be responsible for their removal. The detailed plan for the plot came into effect on 16 October 2019. A minimum price of kr. 45,122,394 has been set for the plot, based on the BVT of February 2020.
