Cooperation on enhanced cybersecurity<\/strong><\/h4>\n

A new Tip Line notification page was recently opened at the web address barnaheill.is\/abendingalina<\/a> . All those who work with and for children are asked to introduce the Tip-line to the children in their surroundings. Furthermore, Save the Children hopes that the whole community will use the Tip Line to report violence, grooming, harassment or anything else that is illegal or inappropriate online and involves children.<\/p>\n

The Helpline is for both children and adults. It is age-specific for 14 and under, 15-17 year-olds, and 18 and over. On International Internet Safety Day, 11 February, a new promotional campaign for the Childline Tip Line was launched. The new promotional campaign is based on the slogans \u201eYou can help us to get rid of the worst.<\/em><\/strong>
The Tip Line can be used to report illegal and inappropriate online content concerning children, such as child abuse, sexual or other violence, grooming, harassment, hate speech, bullying and more. The Child Helpline, run in partnership with the National Police Commissioner, is part of the SAFT project, along with Home-School and the Red Cross, which operates the 1717 helpline. The project receives funding from the European Union and others.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The tipline is a participant in a global network of tiplines worldwide through the umbrella organisation Inhope, and each year over one hundred thousand reports are processed through the partnership network, concerning hundreds of thousands of images and videos, which leads to the removal of child sexual abuse material.ed from the internet and children are rescued. Technology is advancing rapidly in this field, and it is now more likely than ever that material can be removed from the internet. However, it is an uphill struggle, as the problem is enormous when it comes to the online distribution of child sexual abuse. It is therefore extremely important to report any such material that the public comes across. Viewing or distributing such material is illegal, but it is crucial to report it to the Reporting Line if it is encountered.<\/p>\n
