You can also find the online chat, which is open during the same hours as the customer service department, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. every weekday. The City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur also maintains a Facebook page: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hafnarfjardarbaer\/\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hafnarfjardarbaer\/<\/a> and there, residents and customers can submit a message which will be answered during the service desk's opening hours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>English \u2013 Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Service Centre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Due to the COVID-19 disease, during the current response phase in Iceland, the Emergency phase, inhabitants and other guests who need to contact the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Municipality Offices are kindly asked to contact Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur by e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:hafnarfjordur@hafnarfjordur.is\">hafnarfjordur@hafnarfjordur.is<\/a> or by phone on 585-5500 to reduce visits to our Municipal Offices.<\/p>\n<p>On the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur's website, customers can contact our Service Centre via web chat (Icelandic: \u201cnetspjall'), which is open during the same hours as our Service Centre, from 08:00 to 16:00 on all weekdays.
