In view of the fact that school activities will be carried out in different ways<br \/>\nThe residents of the capital region are divided between municipalities and within municipalities.<br \/>\nasked to keep a close eye on information that will be published on the homepages<br \/>\nof the municipalities and the homepages of primary and nursery schools and those institutions which we<br \/>\nto have.<\/p>\n<h4>Work day in primary and nursery schools in the capital region on Monday, 16 March<\/h4>\n<p>It should be reiterated that tomorrow, Monday, 16th March<br \/>\nIt will be a working day in the primary and nursery schools of the capital region, where<br \/>\nManagers and staff are now working on planning the school's activities based on<br \/>\nthe above-mentioned decisions. Further information about school activities can be found at<br \/>\non the schools' homepages. Then there will be <strong><em>Swimming pools and sports centres closed <\/em><\/strong>to<br \/>\nWork on implementing their operations in accordance with the recommendations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary schools in<br \/>\nthe capital region<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teaching will be in groups of no more than 20.<br \/>\nstudents and there will be no mixing of groups during the school day. Schools will<br \/>\nto maintain as much schoolwork and teaching as possible under the circumstances.<br \/>\nIt will be for each local authority and school to work out the allocation of teaching.<br \/>\nbetween attendance at school and home learning. The precise implementation will therefore differ between<br \/>\nschool in the capital region. <\/p>\n<p>All traditional teaching in art and craft studios<br \/>\nwill be cancelled and PE and swimming lessons will take the form of exercise on the school grounds,<br \/>\nin group rooms or other outdoor teaching. Each school organises the details.<br \/>\norganisation of the school day and teaching arrangements. Special and vocational departments will have<br \/>\nBusiness as usual as much as possible. A food service will then be available at the school.<br \/>\nif possible. All consumption of food takes place in home kitchens or in<br \/>\nschool canteens where possible. Field trips are cancelled, along with<br \/>\nWe go on trips to school camps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nursery schools in<br \/>\nthe capital region<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is planned to maintain the nursery's operations<br \/>\nwalking in the safest possible way so that children will be in as little danger as possible<br \/>\nin groups and as separate as possible. Because of this, school activities in nurseries and<br \/>\nOpening hours may change, e.g. due to necessary cleaning. Each nursery has<br \/>\nThe capital region will inform parents about the arrangement of school activities on its website.<br \/>\nor through other media.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Swimming spots and<br \/>\nSports centres in the capital region<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Capacity restrictions<br \/>\nbased on 100 people in the same space at one time, with a two-metre distance between them<br \/>\nindividuals. Swimming pools should, at most times of the day, be able to fulfil the former.<br \/>\nthe requirement, but maintaining a two-metre distance is difficult to fulfil in swimming pools and in<br \/>\nin sports halls. It is clear that in accordance with the instructions received,<br \/>\nSports activities and the operation of sports facilities will be disrupted in the near future. Procedures will need to be reorganised with regard to<br \/>\nnew requirements for infection control and to ensure the safety of visitors and staff<br \/>\nswimming pools and sports centres. All swimming venues and sports centres will therefore<br \/>\nClosed on Monday 16th March, with the day used for decision-making about the way forward.<br \/>\nin cooperation with the relevant parties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>After-school club and<br \/>\nCommunity centres in the capital region<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After-school clubs will be open following<br \/>\nthe school day for the youngest pupils, but it is expected that activities will be partially affected.<br \/>\nare cut back. The activities of youth centres are changing as<br \/>\nthe main focus will be on meeting social needs without there being an overlap between groups or<br \/>\nbenches. For example, by grouping or by year group in the openings and placed<br \/>\nEmphasis on group work rather than larger gatherings. The precise implementation will differ between<br \/>\ncommunity centres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Music schools and<br \/>\nSchool orchestras in the capital region<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Instrumental and singing lessons take place in<br \/>\npremises or home base of a music school or school orchestra. Group classes, etc.<br \/>\nBand classes, group practice sessions, music workshops, pre-school and music theory classes are cancelled.<br \/>\noff. All events related to this activity are cancelled. These criteria take<br \/>\nalso for music students over the age of 18. The premises will be closed to<br \/>\nSchool teachers and PE and swimming teachers work with the learning group in the classroom or<br \/>\non the school grounds. Sports clubs will issue their own announcements regarding training sessions.<br \/>\nNotices have already been received from sports associations about bans on matches.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cultural institutions in<br \/>\nthe capital region<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The collections in the capital region, art museums, libraries and<br \/>\nMuseums will maintain their usual opening hours despite the announced lockdown.<br \/>\nevents will be cancelled or postponed, such as tours, art workshops and<br \/>\nseminars, while the lockdown is in effect. In museums, visitors are encouraged to<br \/>\nare sufficiently far apart. The emphasis on increased cleaning will continue to be placed on<br \/>\nto the museums in the capital region, in addition to routine cleaning.<\/p>\n<p><em>Residents in the capital region are encouraged to<br \/>\nKeep a close eye on information that will be published on the councils' websites and<br \/>\nhome pages of primary and nursery schools and the institutions associated with them.
