This sets out in simple terms what can be done depending on which group the individual belongs to. There are four groups:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quarantine<\/li>\n<li>Insulation<\/li>\n<li>60+ or in a high-risk group<\/li>\n<li>In perfect health<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The cards are available in Icelandic and English.
