We have put together <a class=\"internal\" href=\"\/en\/human-life\/the-health-resort\/stafrof-af-hugmyndum\/\">A whole alphabet of ideas for something exciting and fun for the whole family to do.<\/a> at home or in the local area in the coming weeks. Both now during lockdown and quarantine, when it is important to take good care of yourself and others, and also throughout the summer.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For many years, the Hraunb\u00faar Scout Group has organised a parade and family programme, and the FH athletics department has organised a cross-country run in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur on the first of May, but unfortunately, such celebrations cannot take place this time.
