The allocation from the fund took place recently, and the amount of the grant to each club is determined by the number of members and the coaches' level of qualification.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Special thanks for your sterling service during the Covid-19 pandemic.<\/h4>\n<p>Awarded twice a year, and this time 12,000,000 kr. was awarded to the Boxing Club.<br \/>\nReceived the 2020 Equality Incentive Award, an incentive award for equalising the gender ratio of participants. \u00c1g\u00fast Bjarni<br \/>\nGar\u00f0arsson, chairman of the town council, took the opportunity to thank the sports clubs.<br \/>\nespecially for their conduct towards the youngest practitioners during<br \/>\na lockdown was in place but they were offering all sorts of remote training.
