The mayor of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, chairman of the family council<br \/>\nand the head of the Department for Family and Child Affairs paid a visit during the move<br \/>\nthey stood and warmly congratulated the new residents on their beautiful new homes.<br \/>\nBoth residents are moving out of home for the first time and were hopefully overjoyed.<br \/>\nThey were pleased. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Excellent location and<br \/>\nClose to all amenities <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Arnarhraun 50 is a residential complex of six detached houses, comprising a total of<br \/>\napproximately 351 square metres with a communal space for staff and residents. It was agreed<br \/>\ncontracts with the Arnarhvoll Construction Company Ltd. for the building by the end of 2018 and<br \/>\nThe first sod was cut in March 2019. Now, 1.5 years later, the flats are ready and the finishing touches are being put on.<br \/>\nExterior finishing. Two residents will move in around the next change of month and the New Year.<br \/>\nto move the last two. <\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eA long-awaited milestone is<br \/>\nGrace. The proximity to natural gems and green spaces is therefore great, and it is a short distance to<br \/>\nall services. <em>\u201eThe increase in settlement cores is<br \/>\npart of the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur's plan to increase the number of homes for disabled people and the next<br \/>\nThe next step is to complete the development of a new residential complex at 45 Aldegata and celebrate with<br \/>\nfor those who move there.
