The shuttle service stops at many locations, that is Listdanssk\u00f3linn (ballet school), the music school, Bj\u00f6rkin, FH, Haukur and SH, Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Badminton Society and Keilir Golf Club. Practise schedules are now available at most sports clubs and many parents have already started to register their children. The project is a cooperative effort of the Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur municipality, the sport clubs and H\u00f3pb\u00edlar, who provide the service.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Registering for after-school shuttle services<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>It is recommended to first register children for practices and then for the shuttle service, as everyone will receive a place on the shuttle service. Registration for the shuttle service is done through&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/innskraning.island.is\/?id=valais&amp;path=%2fvala-fristund-vetur\"><em>M\u00ednar s\u00ed\u00f0ur (My Pages) &#8211; Grunnsk\u00f3lar (Primary schools) &#8211; Fr\u00edstundaakstur (After-school shuttle services)&nbsp;<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/hafnarfjordur.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/valafristundaakstur.jpg\" alt=\"ValaFristundaakstur\" href=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1084px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1084\/283;\"><\/p>\n<p>The shuttle service is free to parents. An employee from the after-school centre accompanies the children on every trip and ensures the safety of the children on the shuttle and that everyone ends up at the right activity.<\/p>\n<p>Children who are not registered in an after-school centre in 1st &#8211; 4th grade can also take advantage of the shuttle service, but it is the parents&#8217; responsibility to register them and ensure that they arrive on time at the starting point of the shuttle service.
