December is approaching and in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, the opening of the Christmas village marks the start of Advent, with the first day of opening being Saturday, 28th November. The town's residents have certainly taken up the encouragement to
\ndecorate their houses and brighten up the short days, and now Christmas is fast approaching.
\nOn St. Lucia's Day, prizes will be awarded for the best decorated houses and best
\nDecorated the street in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur.<\/p>\n

Residents of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur and friends of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur are encouraged to do so.
\nto put on the big Christmas glasses in December and send a tip about it
