We all have our own stories about the council's services, both good and bad, and now we want to collect them in order to analyse the strengths and weaknesses of the service, with your vital help.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"\/en\/sagan-thin\/\" class=\"internal\">Tell us your story<\/a> <\/p>\n<h4>Only together do we build a model community.<\/h4>\n<p>With the implementation of the project <em><strong>Tell us a story<\/strong><\/em> The staff of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Municipality wish to open a direct dialogue with users of the municipality's services and encourage those who contact us for services and with a message to tell their story and send us suggestions for improvement. The project is based on the Digital Iceland model and its purpose, as previously stated, is to gather both positive and negative stories about the service provided, with the aim of responding, analysing strengths and weaknesses, and resolving the problems that users are experiencing. The project is designed to assist with the prioritisation of processes and technological solutions that promote and ensure better and improved service. In recent years, the Municipality of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur has placed a strong emphasis on the implementation and execution of projects and initiatives aimed at improving service, the response to general enquiries, and facilitating access to the municipality's services through digital solutions.\u00a0 We want to make good even better, and we want to do it with your help.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Get involved \u2013 make a difference!<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li> <a href=\"\/en\/sagan-thin\/\" class=\"internal\">Do you have a story?<\/a>  We want to hear them all, the good and the bad, and gather them together with the aim of identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the service, so that we can respond and improve.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong><a class=\"internal\" href=\"\/en\/abendingar\/\">Do you have a suggestion? <\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>We welcome all feedback!
