If there is a tradition of going from house to house or business to business in the neighbourhood, it would be ideal for parents' associations to take it upon themselves to keep track of where people can come and sing for sweets. Please ensure you observe the highest standards of hygiene and only give out sweets that are individually wrapped.<\/p>\n
