The applicant must, in their application, provide a detailed account of their qualifications and experience, and submit information regarding their financial standing. Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Borough Council reserves the full right to assess whether the applicant meets the eligibility requirements based on the information provided with the application. The area is approximately 25 hectares in size and will be connected to the area from  <a href=\"\/en\/ibuar\/implementations\/asvallabraut\/\" class=\"internal\">\u00c1svallabraut<\/a>  which is scheduled to be ready in the autumn of 2021.\u00a0Planning, road construction and infrastructure development have been in full swing in Hamranes in recent weeks and months, with every effort being made to speed up the development of the neighbourhood to meet the demand and interest for both flats and plots in the area. Road construction has now been completed around the contractor's plots and Bjarg, but further roadworks are expected to be completed this autumn.
