The disc golf course at V\u00ed\u00f0ista\u00f0at\u00fan has now become a proper year-round competition course. A six-hole course was set up in the summer of 2014 and on
\nIn 2020, the course was expanded to a nine-hole course and work was carried out to install
\nup all-year-round trails on all courses, under guidance and in close cooperation with
\n Icelandic Disc Golf Association (IDGA)<\/a> . Now the pitch is fully prepared and ideal for

The course is used all year round<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Disc golf is played in a similar way to regular golf except
\nthat instead of golf clubs and golf balls, frisbees are used, and instead of holes, there are baskets.
\nAll year round, players can be seen on the pitch at V\u00ed\u00f0ista\u00f0at\u00fan almost daily, and are considered

\naged 25-34. The results also show that 16% of the population aged 18 and
\nAround 45,000 people played disc golf last year. Disc golf is suitable
\nfor all age groups and is a fun sport for the whole family. It's free for everyone.
