The number of participants in the room will be limited in accordance with government guidelines on social distancing and capacity. In the current plan, the area covered by the proposal is designated as H1 and H2 (harbour area). With the amendment, the land use of the area will be defined as M5 and M6 (central area), IB15 (residential area) and H6 (harbour area).
