The new measure is in effect until 5 May 2021, unless otherwise announced. Children born in 2016 or later are not included in the guest count, which means that the capacity restrictions now apply to everyone born before 2015, i.e. those of primary school age.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/en\/ibuar\/sports-and-outdoor-activities\/swimming-pools\/\">Actual information on the number of swimming pool visitors can be found on each pool's page.<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>This means that the maximum number in each pool is as follows:<\/h4>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c1svallalaug \u2013 200 guests<\/li>\n<li>South Bay Pool \u2013 80 guests<\/li>\n<li>Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur Swimming Pool \u2013 32 guests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Visitors are encouraged to observe the 2-metre rule at all times and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, as cooperation in public health is essential for the pools to remain open.
