Construction<br \/>\nWork on plots in Hamranes began at the start of the year, and around 1,800 homes will be built there.<br \/>\nneighbourhood in the coming months and years. The estimated population is just over 4000. In the Vallahverfi district, which is closest to these neighbourhoods, just over<br \/>\n5700 inhabitants today. A primary school,<br \/>\nA nursery and a music school are already in operation in the Skar\u00f0shl\u00ed\u00f0ar neighbourhood and are intended<br \/>\na plan for two parallel primary schools and two four-class nursery schools<br \/>\na tower in Hamranes, in addition to a nursing home. Recently issued building permits and<br \/>\nPlanning permission for around 300 flats covers the contractor's plots and Bjarg.<br \/>\nhousing association. At least 1,442 homes will be built on development sites in the area. The last development sites<br \/>\nAt least 420 flats were allocated at a council meeting yesterday. When<br \/>\nAllocated development plots are in the process of being detailed in the local plan, but can be expected to<br \/>\nthat the process will take 3-6 months.
