Two new residential clusters of six detached houses in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur have
\nrise and become fully operational in around two years, on the one hand, and on the other
\nArnarhrauni 50 and, on the other hand, to \u00d6ldugata 45. The first residents of Arnarhrauni
\nmoved in on a sunny summer's day in the summer of 2020 and all residents were moved in
\nearly 2021. At the end of May 2021, the first four residents moved into a new residential centre.

Specially designed homes for disabled people<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur continues to increase the number of homes for disabled people.
\npeople in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur and in just under two years, two new ones have now been built
\nresidential units and thus specially designed homes for disabled people. All residents in
\nArnarhrauni were moving out of home for the first time, and the dream of independent living had thus become a reality.
\nreality. The four residents who are moved into \u00d6ldugata were previously
\nresiding in a Brynja Housing Fund residential community in Einibergi. Emphasis is placed on
\nthat in both settlement cores, regardless of the scope and nature of the service that each
\nIt is necessary for residents to experience a new home as their own home and sanctuary.
\nThe residential units are similar in size, at around 350 square metres, with a communal area.
