This makes a total of ten dwellings, with one parking space provided for each house on the communal grounds. A minimum price of kr. 98,000,670 has been set for the plot, based on the BVT of June 2021. The minimum price per flat in a terraced house is kr. 8,881,965 based on 155 sq m, and for a detached house kr. 11,942,305 based on 185 sq m. Offers below the minimum price will be considered invalid.
