- The plot price is 6,497,500 kr. (64,975 kr. per square metre) as of September 2021. The final plot price will be adjusted in line with the Construction Price Index and the Consumer Price Index from Statistics Iceland, as applicable on the date of allocation.<\/li>\n
- Upon the approval of building plans, various service fees for the building control and planning officers are charged, in addition to home fees and the planning fee. A fee is also payable for the registration costs of the leasehold agreement.<\/li>\n
