The honorary award was received by the Kr\u00fdsuv\u00edk Church which<br \/>\nIt was rebuilt to its original design and put back in place in October 2020.<br \/>\nTwo companies on the harbour area, the Marine Research Institute and the architectural firm<br \/>\nBattery received an award for tidiness, and L\u00f3u\u00e1s in \u00c1slandin was chosen as Star Gaze of the Year. Owners<br \/>\nNine gardens were recognised for having the most beautiful and well-kept gardens.<br \/>\nin Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur 2021. Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur is a beautiful town and there are many beautiful things.<br \/>\ngardens and tidy grounds. Nominees for awards<br \/>\nbased on suggestions from residents and the awards are intended to<br \/>\nEncourage other residents and businesses to take action.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Krysuv\u00edk Church receives the Tidiness Award<br \/>\n2021 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Krysuv\u00edk Church is today owned and managed by the church's friends' association.<br \/>\nIn the aftermath of the church fire at the beginning of 2010,<br \/>\nThe Friends of Kr\u00fdsuv\u00edk was founded with the aim of building a new church in its original location.<br \/>\nThe management of the Technical College in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur immediately showed great interest in the reconstruction, and it was decided that this new church building would become a project for the school's carpentry students, supervised by master carpenter Hrafnkell Marin\u00f3sson. Exact models were followed in the construction of the church, but staff<br \/>\nThe National Museum very meticulously surveyed the old one in 2003; measured, photographed and<br \/>\nrecorded. This important information made this troublesome construction, which took a little over<br \/>\ndecade, completely. At the presentation of the honorary awards, a friendly association was given.<br \/>\nThe church, and especially Jonathan Gardarsson, are wholeheartedly thanked for their contribution.<br \/>\nContribution. The Marine Research Institute has made itself at home in the<br \/>\nWe have moved into new and spacious premises and have taken pride in the finishing of<br \/>\nLet the land be exemplary. All surfaces are in scale with the house, the pier very<br \/>\nbeautiful with benches where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings and<br \/>\n...the view from this unique location. The plot of land at the architecture firm Batter\u00edi\u00f0, at 32 Hvaleyrarbraut, has been designed with that in mind.<br \/>\ndesigned to be low-maintenance but at the same time tasteful, and welcoming to guests<br \/>\nand walkable, and is at the same time a lounge area where staff can enjoy the sun opposite.<br \/>\nSouth-facing terrace in front of the house with views over Hvaleyrarl\u00f3n. For ambition in<br \/>\nFor tidiness and presentation, the two companies received the Tidiness Award for the tidiest.<br \/>\nthe business plots and thus for being a good neighbour to other businesses in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur<br \/>\nmodel. <\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00f3u\u00e1s is the star of 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u00f3u\u00e1s 11-21 and 18-32 is the star of the 2021 Beautification Competition.,<br \/>\nA very beautiful street where the community spirit and co-operation of the residents shines through.<br \/>\nThe vegetation of the gardens that line the street is extremely varied, and the overall street scene is very diverse.<br \/>\nbeautiful where stone is used, among other things, to level out the gradients and it works extremely well<br \/>\nto the environment. Absolutely wonderful.<br \/>\nWherever you look, you are met with a diversity and a riot of colour. All the beds are well-tended.<br \/>\nThe lawn is well-kept, tidiness is a priority, and the owners have put up notices.<br \/>\ngreenhouse and it is certainly fair to say that there is a great passion for gardening there.<br \/>\nA beautiful garden in a leafy neighbourhood in town. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Erluhraun<br \/>\n8<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This garden has been beautiful for years. The entrance is unique with<br \/>\nA steep, clipped alpine ridge and a beautiful slope where basalt rock is well showcased with flowering plants.<br \/>\nFlagged and thick-leaved. An adventurous back garden with a large lawn there.<br \/>\nwhere the meadows stand out on the plain with an incredible variety of flowering plants and<br \/>\nshrubs. Erluhrauni\u00f0 has always been an exceptionally tidy and beautiful street in<br \/>\nolder neighbourhoods of the town and has received many awards for its gardens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wave Street<br \/>\n16<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The garden at 16 Aldegata stands by the Harbour and forms<br \/>\na pleasant connection to the nature reserve where some pine trees have been felled<br \/>\nand create space and vision. What makes this garden different from other gardens is<br \/>\nthe choice of materials, as the garden contains a great deal of recycled material. Coarse and<br \/>\nGreat material in interaction with new. Here, the old and the new blend and at the same time<br \/>\nUntouched nature can enjoy its time. Owners have gone unconventional routes.<br \/>\nwhich makes the garden interesting and fun. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Klettahraun<br \/>\n5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This neat garden is clearly visible from the street and invites you in.<br \/>\nTravellers pause and enjoy this old, tidy garden on their way through<br \/>\nKlettahrauni\u00f0. Old-fashioned<br \/>\nand a charming garden. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Klettahraun<br \/>\n21   <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An open and beautiful garden which, like many other gardens in<br \/>\nHafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur has been beautiful for years and has certainly been here before.<br \/>\nrecognition. An open garden that passers-by can also enjoy on their journey through<br \/>\nThe neighbourhood. An air of adventure hangs over everything and courtesy is paramount. The lawn is neatly mown and the flowerbeds stand out.<br \/>\nthe flat. A greenhouse makes the living area romantic and fun with strings of lights and<br \/>\nA cosy fireplace. A veritable garden of atmosphere. <\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00e6kjargata<br \/>\n11<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This garden has been beautiful for years and is visible when<br \/>\nYou drive down Aldegata and at the junction with Laekjargata. A house and garden come into view and catch the eye and<br \/>\nto emphasise its importance and the beauty of opening one's gardens to<br \/>\nthe surroundings. The stream is part of the garden which gives it such a beautiful and<br \/>\na adventurous touch. There is<br \/>\nCourtesy is prioritised and all maintenance is carried out with great care. <\/p>\n<p><strong>West Road<br \/>\n6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There on Vesturbraut is a beautiful back garden by a beautiful old house.<br \/>\na red house that immediately caught the eye. A clear passion for gardening shines through, along with all sorts of things from days gone by.<br \/>\nThey have their own place in the garden, which makes it a pleasant place to stay. There is a certain air of mystery about this garden. <\/p>\n<p><strong>North Road<br \/>\n21<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The beautiful lawn and the well-tended slope are so neat and tidy.<br \/>\nTasteful in this small garden and likely to evoke an immediate, well-deserved appreciation.<br \/>\nattention. There is a certain height difference which is resolved in a very tasteful and<br \/>\nSimply put. A well-positioned deck is by the house and everything fits together so well;<br \/>\nsizes and shapes. It can be seen here that gardens do not have to be large to be<br \/>\nBeautiful.
