The Minister of Health has amended Regulation no. 1100\/2021 accordingly, in line with the recommendations of the Director of Public Health. Subject to certain conditions, the period of isolation can be as short as seven days. The general requirement for quarantine is shortened from seven to five days, provided it ends with a negative PCR test result. If an individual does not undergo a PCR test to complete their quarantine, they must remain in quarantine for 14 days.
