In recent weeks, work has included improvements to the playground between \u00c1lfholt and Eyrarholt, and at Akurvellir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At a playground in Akurv\u00f6llar, a cabin and other play equipment were replaced with new play equipment, climbing frames, a swing and spring-mounted equipment. All the surfacing was replaced and rubber mats, artificial grass, rubber grass mats and turf mats were laid.
