\nAt Christmas \u2013 the Mayor's Christmas Reflection 2021<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/p>\n

Now
\nAs the Christmas season is upon us in all its glory, we still take on
\nAgainst the backdrop of the challenging challenges of the pandemic, both as individuals
\nand community. Christmas will be different for many than had been planned.
\nfor and let's try to think that we will soon see an end to it
\nthe pandemic.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The light
\ngives hope<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Now
\nThe days are beginning to lengthen again, and soon the light will prevail. Until then
\nWe can be grateful. It is also good to pause and give thanks.
\nwhat we have. Thank you for my health, my family, my friends and what it is
\nthat illuminates our existence. Thank you for all the little things, warm companionship or
\nthe simple moments that bring us true joy and cannot be valued in money.
\nAt the same time as our thoughts are with those who are struggling, are ill, or are missing loved ones
\nloved ones or find the Christmas period a difficult time for other reasons.<\/p>\n

With
\nBy showing solidarity and giving of ourselves, we contribute to improving lives.
\nof ourselves and our neighbour. It's a good feeling to know that you have
\ndone some good or been able to cheer someone up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Even one small
\nA smile, sincere and well-deserved praise, or kind words are gifts that most people accept.

The Christmas lights
\nto light up one's life <\/strong><\/h4>\n

Here
\nIn Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, we have emphasised the beautiful Christmas lights during Advent.
\nlike never before. We have increased recreational opportunities with an adventure land in
\nHellisger\u00f0i and the ice rink in the city centre. The reception has convinced us of and
\nshows how simplicity is often best. To be able to stroll about in the run-up to Christmas and
\nThe pleasant atmosphere created by the lights brings joy and happiness to many.
\nAlongside increased footfall, demand for caf\u00e9s and restaurants, shops and
\nthe cultural houses. A vibrant social life in the town centre strengthens the whole town and makes it
\nunique.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

New
\nYear and new opportunities <\/strong><\/h4>\n

We
\nAt the turn of the year, there is always a sense of anticipation as we consider what the new year will bring.
\n...skates. We also look back and take stock of the year that is drawing to a close. Full
\nHumbly, I would like to thank you for our collaboration and time together during the year that is drawing to a close.,
\nespecially the staff of the City of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur who have gone to great lengths to maintain
