Gulli is an extremely dynamic and ambitious young man who brought a fresh breeze to the range of bakeries in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, including many innovations that had not previously been available in the town. He produces high-quality products from scratch using first-class ingredients, emphasising quality over quantity. Production takes place in an open, bright kitchen with large windows, where the public can watch. During his studies, Gulli won the annual pastry chef competition twice, and was also the first to win the competition two years in a row. Upon graduation, he was awarded by the school for outstanding achievement in his practical training and his master's examination. Gulli trained in cake making at the historic Konditori La Glace in Copenhagen. Last spring, Gulli received an award from the Marketing Office of Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur for his work in promoting business and the town's atmosphere in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur.
