As of today, there is a delay of up to 7 days in refuse collection. Residents are advised that they can see the collection day on <a class=\"internal\" href=\"\/en\/ibuar\/samgongur\/refuse-collection\/losun-a-sorpi\/\">All addresses in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur in the rubbish collection calendar<\/a> on the town's website. Please note that you can add up to 7 days to the specified collection day.<\/p>\n<h4>Thank you in advance for your participation.<\/h4>\n<p>Residents are encouraged to help ensure waste collection from their property by clearing snow from waste storage areas to the property boundary and ensuring that bins are not frozen to the ground. If the bins are not easily accessible, they will not be emptied until the next scheduled collection.
